October Wellbeing Challenge

Hello and welcome to October

Autumn is my favourite season. I love that I can wear warm clothes again without people looking at me like I’m strange and I love the colours.

It’s the beginning of another month which means another challenge and this one is definitely going be a challenge.

No Sugar for the next 31 days 😱.

Wait don’t exit the page, yes it sounds hard but you can do it and you might even thank me for it later.

Now there are a few ways you can do this

  • Cold turkey – if you're anything like me, it has to be all or nothing otherwise 1 sweet turns into 5 and then 15 then 50 (ok I’m exaggerating but you know what I mean).
    This means absolutely no sugar for 31 days

  • Natural sugars only

  • If you’re really struggling try simply not adding sugar to your teas and cereals

Remember this is a challenge, not a competition, take each day at a time. Do some extra research, read or listen to other peoples no sugar journey and find what works for you.

Take it one day at a time.
