September Wellbeing Challenge

Hello and welcome to September

School are starting back, holidays are over and we all need to back into that rhythm of having a scheduled routine (some more than others).

What a great time to schedule in some white space, so that it becomes part of our daily rhythms.

Back in November, I wrote an article all about white space and now seems like a perfect time to implement it.

This month your challenge is to schedule some time for you, 1 hour a day.

If you’re a calendar person just block it as white space (see what I did there). You don’t have to figure out what you’re going to do in the time just start by making sure it's marked out. Then as it gets closer think about what you really want to do with it.
Read a book, exercise, play with your kids – it’s completely up to you.

Figure out what’s important to you and make time to do it.
Make sure you let others know this is time you’ve set aside and that it should be respected, don’t use it for something else or push it to another day. See it as a high priority, see it as important, see yourself as important.
