Just like seasons change in nature, so do our own personal seasons of life. Having been at Phase now for 4 ½ years as the Wellbeing Lead the time has come to embark on a new adventure and enter a new season at a local College to be the Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner.
As my season at Phase draws to a close, I look back with a grateful heart for being able to work with a great team, fabulous schools, and young people. The impact that Phase has in Hitchin is brilliant, and I am thankful to have been able to play a part in the mission and ministry of Phase over these past 4 ½ years and am excited to see all that Phase will continue to do to help promote wellbeing and resilience in Hitchin.
As I look back, I reflect on how it was a privilege to have been able to support schools, parents, and young people during a pandemic and think creatively about how we could meet the needs at that time and be able to be a source of support. To be able to have been able to have the opportunity to mentor young people, lead support groups, assemblies, lessons, PSHE days, and deliver parents sessions. To have also grown personally in skills such as video making, public speaking and creating material content.
Thank you Phase for the past 4 1/2 years!
