On Friday, June 9th, starting at 10 am and continuing until Saturday, June 10th, 10 am, I, along with you (hopefully!), will be undertaking a monumental feat: scaling the towering height of Mount Everest, a staggering 8,849 meters! But here's the twist—instead of braving the treacherous peaks, we'll be tackling the challenge right here at Archers Fitness Centre, Hitchin, using the incline on two treadmills.
