As we all go through this incredibly difficult season of isolation where routines, rhythms and everyday normality has been removed, it can make us feel lost, fearful and uncertain about what the future holds.
At Phase we are passionate about equipping children and young people to journeying through adolescence, whereby they don't just survive but thrive. One of the ways that we can do this is by providing one-to-one support, often called mentoring. This is a service that we deliver in secondary schools every week. With schools currently closed, we have made this provision virtual!
For more information on our Virtual Mentoring programme please download our information leaflet. You can also email support@phase-hitchin.org for more information or discuss this service.
You can make a referral using this simple online form, please note we will need to have a parent or carer’s contact details before any virtual mentoring can take place.
